Circle of Promise Membership ARCA’s Circle of Promise membership program was created in 2012 to recognize those who have made lasting, critical legacy gifts to ARCA. Our Circle of Promise members include families of individuals ARCA serves, Board members, staff, volunteers and community members who have a common vision and commitment for a better life for future generations served by ARCA.
