100% of individuals with intellectual, developmental and cognitive disabilities (IDCD) served by ARCA are low income. People with IDCD are independently certified Medicaid eligible by the NM Human Services Department. Medicaid eligibility is at poverty level.
Your unrestricted gift to ARCA provides money which can be allocated to the programs with the greatest need. Our Endowment has been established to assure our platinum standard services are available for as long as the need exists.
