ARCA Chief Financial Officer
Warren Hayslip has more than 40 years of management experience—including 36 years in the for-profit sector as CEO, COO, VP/GM, and other roles. His accounting & financial background includes an MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University, 4 years as Director of Corporate Financial Planning at Sonoco Products Company, and assignments in cost modeling & financial analysis at Milliken & Company. Since 2017, Warren has worked exclusively in the not-for-profit sector in accounting and financial management roles—including CFO at the United Way of the Piedmont (in SC) and now as CFO at ARCA.
Warren moved to Albuquerque in July of 2020 with his family, which includes his wife Margaret, who teaches English as a second language via the Internet, his son McGregor, who works for a local solar power installation company and is an avid skier, and his grandson Jimmy, a third-grade student and another avid skier. Warren enjoys a wide variety of music, the great NM outdoors, and creative writing. He is committed to the mission of ARCA in serving our local and statewide population of persons with developmental, intellectual, and cognitive disabilities.
