Executive Bio
Michelle Harmon currently serves as the ARCA President and CEO , demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence in client services and treatment programs. Michelle provides high-quality programs and services to more than 500 families and children with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities
During her tenure, Michelle has developed multiple programs, with her direction of the ARCA NeuroRoad program for traumatic brain injury (TBI) clients being particularly renowned. Her trauma-informed care is invaluable to both the clients she serves and the staff she supervises. Michelle’s commitment to excellence has been instrumental in shaping ARCA’s service offerings, making her highly regarded as an impactful member of the executive team.
Michelle’s trailblazing efforts and clinical expertise underscore her instrumental role in driving ARCA’s mission to provide inclusive, high-quality care for a diverse population.
In addition to her professional life, Michelle actively participates in various community outreach services and is a member of several professional associations. Michelle holds a master’s degree in professional counseling from New Mexico Highland University, an undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board-Certified Clinical Counselor, Licensed Administrator of Assisted Living Facilities, and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and Trainer.
