ARCA Administrative Operations Director

Doreen has been part of the ARCA family since 2001. They began their career as an Administrative Coordinator and were driven to utilize their skills to make a greater impact across the organization in various support roles. They hold an Associate Degree as a Legal Assistant and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Over the years, they have grown within the organization and now lead multiple staff members in mission-critical support departments. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, entertaining their dogs and birds, and participating in Jazzercise. They believe that everyone matters and thrive on identifying the potential in others, seeing the big picture, and creating processes for success.
